My followers’ data
For each comment we store the comment ID, the post, the Instagram user ID (a number), the keyword and whether the DM was sent. We don’t store usernames. We only use the comment text to recognise the keyword.
Everything is erased automatically after the retention period you set under Settings (30 days by default). You can always download a full export. A follower who wants their data erased can do so via Instagram or via us; we then erase it across all customers.
