Having your data deleted

This is an English translation for your convenience. The Dutch version is legally binding.

Via Instagram

1. Open Instagram → Settings and privacy → Website permissions → Apps and websites.
2. Choose DMback and tap Remove. When doing so, request deletion of your data.
3. Instagram sends the request to us; we process it automatically and you receive a confirmation code you can use to check the status.

If you only commented on a post by one of our customers (and never used the app yourself), we won’t be in that list. In that case, email us.

By email

Send an email to the contact address on our website with your Instagram username. We will erase your data across all customers within 30 days and confirm this by email.

As a customer

Disconnect your Instagram account in the dashboard, or delete your entire workspace under Settings. The token is erased immediately, all other data within 30 days.
