Switching my account to business or creator
Instagram only allows automatic messages for professional accounts. Switching is free and can always be undone.
- Open Instagram and go to your profile.
- Tap ☰ → Settings and privacy → Account type and tools.
- Choose "Switch to professional account" and follow the steps. Choose Creator or Business.
You don’t need a Facebook page. After that, you can click "Connect Instagram" in the dashboard.
